Customer and guest service has devolved in so many instances these days. The general tone of society is different and many times in a negative way. This review has nothing to do with car washing or car detailing. I was running and went further than I should have without water - I looked inside to see if there was a water fountain, there didn’t appear to be one, so I turned to leave. Excellent service
The Carolina car wash is the best car wash I've ever experienced because of the outstanding customer service. I went here for years before finally getting the unlimited car wash service. Best investment! Bruce and the entire crew make sure my car is taken care of. They do an excellent job every time!
