It was a pleasure working with Ryan at Carolina Car Connection Service. He repaired an engine coolant leak on my BMW x3. He filed the claim, ordered the parts, completed the repairs and finished way sooner than I expected. He is friendly, knowledgeable/experienced, and very efficient. He also took the time to explain in detail everything he was doing and going to do to get me back on the road safely!! Excellent service and would recommend to anyone who needs their vehicle fixed.
The best mechanic you can find if you're in North/South Carolina. I have had to visit this shop multiple times and I will ALWAYS return. I could not ask for a more reliable and trustworthy mechanic. In this area it isn't hard to find someone who can do the work but you MUST come here first. I have been looking for a good, reasonable mechanic for quite a while. I was introduced to Ryan by a mutual friend and i'm glad he did! Ryan recently fixed the AC on my van that required a complete dash off job. I was extremely pleased with his honest diagnosis and saved me a lot of money in the process!!
