This is our second time using Carolina Cabinet Warehouse and as usual we are very pleased. The bottom darker cabinets were purchased 6 years ago and we finally pulled the trigger on the top lighter gray. We absolutely love them all! The gentleman who installed them commented on what good quality they were, which made his job easier. So, if your looking for cabinets, Dean, Gia, and Connor at Carolina Cabinet Warehouse is your place to go 👍
Cabinet quality met the expectation. I did pay the warehouse to assemble and deliver. There was some damage to face of some of doors. Installed doors where not plumb/level. Made a second order to add additional cabinet after 1st order and I had to be the one to follow up on status after weeks of not hearing any type of update or status.
Can’t recommend Carolina Cabinets enough! Dean was a delight to work with and simplified the entire process. He is experienced, patient, responsive, honest, and very helpful. We went in looking for kitchen cabinets/island and ended up purchasing cabinets for our kitchen and for our vanities because we were so impressed with him and the quality/price. The cabinets themselves are attractive and of good quality, and the design process initially appeared thorough. However, the overall experience required more effort and follow up than expected. We began this project in early November. Coordination issues began with the delivery of our cabinets while the owners were out of town. Mid-installation, we encountered a design oversight that affected the functionality of the space and delayed the entire project.
