Wanda and Nellie were absolutely amazing! They made the bride feel so good the entire time, hyping her up, giving very positive input on the dresses while still being honest, and we’re just all around amazing people. We laughed and smiled from the moment we walked in to the moment we left. The place itself is beautiful, organized, and just a great space….we definitely recommend of your dress shopping whether prom or your big day, go here you won’t regret it!!
I said yes to the dress here on Saturday!!! They were absolutely amazing! Every single staff member I worked with had such a positive impact on my experience. Listening to my opinions, every dress they pulled was an amazing option, being able to make the dress look like it fit and making me feel comfortable and beautiful. Highly, highly recommend!!!
Trinity was amazing! She was able to see my vision of the look I wanted and helped customize a gown to bring it to life. Would 10/10 recommend!
Beware! They charge $50 if you call The day before to let them know you found a dress somewhere else and would like to cancel your appointment . Weddings are expensive and it’s normal to shop at several shops, and not need to continue the search. A bride should not be charged for that! It’s not like she was a delinquent no show, she found her dress the day earlier and called to let them know she wouldn’t be making the appointment for the next day, and they told her she’d be charged!! Uncalled for and not good business!
I came here 3 times because I was certain that I’d end up finding my dress here, and I was right! Third time was the charm. Every time the ladies here were so excited, patient and determined to help me find my dress. I worked with Miranda, Anita, and Gracie. It really felt like they put all hands on deck to help me, and my last appointment with Gracie sealed the deal!
