Everyone at this practice was so kind! I broke my retainer and same day they were able to get me in. Dori, the orthodontist who worked on my retainer was very sweet and kind and made me feel comfortable during my experience. very clean and nice office!
Nice at first, once they have your money very rude and unprofessional! Still remember after all theses years!
He will grind down your (or your child's) enamel in the name of speed and aesthetics, will mock them when they push back and don't want their teeth ground down "to make them even", then 10 years later, not coincidentally, every place he "sanded" your teeth down, there's no more enamel and a much higher risk of tooth decay. Do not trust this man with your teeth.
