My experience with Carolina Braces has been a five-star experience from day one. Dr. Kent is very compassionate, extremely funny, very knowledgeable, and professional. To be honest, I went in blind going to this office, which is highly unusual for me. I typically do my research before seeing any new doctor. But they were close to my home and accepted my insurance. I was lucky and was able to get an appointment for an Invisalign consultation the day after I called. When I arrived, the waiting area was very neat and clean, loved the salt water tank in the waiting area also.
