Since 1992, we've been providing custom service and installation of blinds, shades, shutters, and draperies in Asheville, Hendersonville, Weaverville, and surrounding areas. We are independently owned and operated. All installations are done by us - no third party installs. We are an authorized gallery dealer for Hunter Douglas but also sell many other blinds, shades, and shutters products like Alta, Norma, Eclipse, and more. We handle everything from sales to installation to service.

We had Carolina Blinds install retractable roll screens for our outdoor living space. Prior to installation we had wind, rain, pollen and cold tempertures that would not us to enjoy the space as planned, extending our living space by bringing the outdoor in. Now we have none of those issues and are able to enjoy the space at least nine months out of the year. We had some blinds that had been broken while cleaning. I called to see about having someone come out to repair them. During my conversation with Deidra, she helped me find a solution that would save us an enormous amount of money: a small plastic snap to attach the cord back together. And she even put it in the mail so I wouldn’t have to drive all the way to Weaverville or Hendersonville to pick it up. We just received them in the mail and they worked perfectly! Had an appointment, they called to change it then that wouldn't work so they told me next available was 11 days later, no thanks, if that's any indication of the customer service they provide I'm out
Great blinds and consulting services...good product and quick services.
Blinds were not as ordered and when installed were misaligned on the doors. Only remedy offered by Carolina blinds was a 20% discount on the next order. Use someone who cares about their work.
