We decided to purchase new blinds from Carolina Blind Crafters because of the good reviews we found online. Well, we are glad we did! The staff were very pleasant, professional, and knowledgeable. Nick, the installer, had been at it for years and was very efficient. I wasn’t sure how 2” blinds would look mounted inside shallow 1986 windows, but Nick installed them perfectly including the valances he had to adjust. Carolina Blind Crafters was a pleasure to work with, from start to finish. We have a distinct lack of window frame depth, and needed their help to talk through all the options. We ultimately decided on on-molding blinds, and although we were worried that they would look to bulky, they look great! Installation was easy, communication was great, and even when an oops was made, they worked quickly to make it right. We'll definitely use them again when/if we need new blinds!

We initially had blinds installed by Carolina Blind Crafters around 2018 and were pleased they could match those blinds ~8 years later in another room of our home. We worked with many of the same people from the first installation and received excellent be customer service throughout.
