I would highly recommend Carolina Blind Crafters! From my first inquiry all the way to installation everyone on the team was AMAZING! Sarah and Ben have created an team that gets customer service! From Sarah with her design advice to Ben with his measurements and install suggestions, to Michelle with scheduling to Nick and Sam with install everyone was helpful, professional and positive. I purchased honeycomb shades for my house from Carolina Blind Crafters when I first moved in a decade ago. I had one room with no shades and I decided to add some recently. I called the company again, and they came out to write up the order. Communication was excellent, and when the rep came out to measure the windows, he was actually able to repair two existing shades that I'd thought had to be replaced, thus reducing the cost of the new order.
