Carolina Foundation Solutions repaired a crack in our foundation quickly and efficiently. We called them to look at our floor on Monday, and they came out on Tuesday. They spent quite a bit of time with us explaining the problem and their recommendations, and completed the repair on Wednesday. We had a foundation problem and worked with Roger to come up with an acceptable solution. They installed a 4 inch I beam and some additional supports under another wall. They were able to respond quickly and got the job done efficiently and for a very reasonable price. I had obtained bids from 5 other companies. Not only was Carolina Foundation Solutions the easiest to work with, but they were also very reasonable for the amount of work that we had done. We were very pleased and would highly recommend working with them.
Brandon was great helping with the quote for my encapsulation of crawl space & partial basement. The work was done several days later with a few delays. When completed I was very satisfied with the work.

I had an awesome experience with Carolina Foundation Solutions on all fronts. I had a poorly protected crawl space with a thin vapor barrier making my house feel humid all summer. It was great getting to work with Mason and Devin throughout the process. They took care of the crawl space by encapsulating and placing a dehumidifier. Will work with them in the future if needed!
