These guys came in, messed up the leveling of my house and tried to say it was already bad when I had a contractor fix the levelness of my house. They dug big holes to put anchors in now I have sink holes where they dug. I also paid over 7k to have leaks stoped on outsode of basement and they put in carbon fiber straps and now all 14 straps they installed are leaking and now flooding my basement and they wont even return my calls. 15k for there work and they messed up my basment even worse then the starting point.
I can’t recommend Carolina Foundation Solutions enough. My crawlspace was in desperate need of maintenance, and a neighbor who had recently used them gave a glowing recommendation—so I decided to give them a call. We were very pleased with every aspect of the foundation project. The salesman, the administrative staff, the construction and engineer crew and the owner of the company were all very kind, professional and helpful to us. We have had no problems with the basement since.
I just had a good experience with Mr. Dustin Elliott. He had an excellent customer service and was very honest. I would recommend them for everyone.
