If I could leave zero stars I would. We had to cancel these people coming to do our crawl space. The guy that came to our house said that when he inspected it we didn’t have any issues. We wanted to go ahead and have a full encapsulation done to protect the house. He said he just needed a deposit and he would get us set up. I paid the deposit. I called another company and had them inspect my crawl space and they came out. Apparently I have a fungus and it needs to be taken care of immediately. This new company took pictures ... read more
Good points: Inspection- Guy was very kind and informative. I enjoyed that interaction and felt like he educated me to make a decision instead of trying to sell me stuff- loved that approach. Work crew (initial)- Really great. Lead guy Victor was tremendous, even called me a week after to check in and ensure I was happy with the work. Really enjoyed interacting with him. Meh points: Second crew- The fact they sent two separate crews out for a single project is disconcerting. I think continuity is important, and I had already... read more

I cancelled a job I put a deposit of $10,826.95 down for because the sale of my home fell through. I cancelled on June 13th and I still haven't received my refund as of 8/19. We have reached out on 3 separate occasions. My wife and I have been told different stories by different people as to what happened, but not much of it is adding up.
