We were very pleased with every aspect of the foundation project. The salesman, the administrative staff, the construction and engineer crew and the owner of the company were all very kind, professional and helpful to us. We have had no problems with the basement since.
I just had a good experience with Mr. Dustin Elliott. He had an excellent customer service and was very honest. I would recommend them for everyone.
At this point I’ve only gotten a quote. However, I wanted to leave a review pointing out the quality of Carolina Foundation Solutions. Mason Roberson came out. He was very personable and knowledgeable. After he did the inspection, he took the time to explain the findings and different options to solve the problem. His quote was fair and reasonable. Definitely recommend Carolina Foundation Solutions.
Mason Robertson came to consult on a water problem that we're having with a basement level unfinished closet. He was extremely professional and knowledgeable about the problem and was honest in informing me that his company could not help with the solution to this particular problem and that I would need an exterior fix.
