Went here as a guest from out of town. First time trying barre and it was so much fun! Robin is a great instructor. The class offers a full body workout while utilizing different tools to keep you engaged and working hard. As someone who works out 5x times a week, this class was challenging - in a good way. Robin will make you feel comfortable and no matter where you are on your health journey, they seem to make everyone feel welcome. Already looking forward to coming back!

This studio is amazing! The best in the business. I love that it meets the needs of all experience levels. The instructors are dedicated to enhancing your workout by ensuring proper form and alignment. You can expect hands-on corrections, upbeat tunes, friendly staff, a beautiful and inviting space, a great workout, restorative stretching and words of encouragement. This is a great place for your mind and body. Totally recommend!

Such an amazing hour of barre class. Amity makes me do things I really don’t want to but then after it’s over I feel so rejuvenated. . .and quite a bit sore. But it’s so worth it ! Every time I take a class at Carolina Barre I feel almost like I have a personal trainer for the hour. The instructors are excellent and give you so much personal attention. I LOVE CAROLINA BARRE!! 😀😁❤️❤️

Such an inviting studio - Amity made sure I felt welcome, and was very informative! Always challenging classes -- in a good way! Positive vibe during class, and the instructors always give feedback to make sure you're getting the most out of each move! I have loved the classes I've taken and can't wait to take more! Great student rates as well!

I had never done a Barre Fusion class before until I went to Carolina Barre & Core and I absolutely loved it! As a runner, this class helps me focus on strengthening my core and leg muscles so I can improve my running and overall fitness. The atmosphere is so friendly and my instructor, Amity, was so sweet and made sure to give everyone in the class individualized attention. I can't wait to go back!
