I haven’t found a workout that I have actually liked in nearly 6 years until barre fusion. I am obsessed. Amity is an incredible teacher who shows concern for every student. She is empowering and motivating the whole time. I love that it is challenging and high energy but that her classes also focus on breathing and stretching. It is the perfect combination of everything I need in a work out. I want to go every day...especially for the little massage at the end of class :)
I absolutely love CBC! Amity has built such a great community with amazing energy, no judgement , just hard work! This has been the best decision I have made in a long time. You have to check this studio out!
I have taken both classes and private lessons here! I was a dancer all of my life and this studio is the real deal! It takes me back to those days for sure! Great workout for toning, lengthening, and endurance! XX
