This is the best mechanic we have ever experienced, in timeliness, demeanor, and solid service. Jay has always gone above and beyond for our business, very often helping us within tight deadlines. We don't expect immediate service as that's not fair to ask of them, but without fail they've delivered for us so we can get back in business. I’m sure this is a very good business but for what I needed I can’t give them a high rating. I would suggest they communicate better on what the customer can expect. I needed a NC inspection. I called them 3-4 weeks ago and he said he doesn’t make appointments for those and to just bring it in and he would work it in. My expectations were he would work it in within one business day. These people are smarter than I am, they were fast to solve the issue with our RV and waited on us more than we waited on them...glad I was told about this place now they may have me as a customer...thank you for helping us out...
