Unprofessional. You call the same number for Auto or Towing. Showed up at their ‘new address’ in hopes to get a refund check for a tow that’d been scheduled for twice and paid for. They never went and got the vehicle. Nor followed up. We asked for John upon arrival-as that’s who we’d had the pleasure of dealing with since the beginning and was told John was ‘in the lounge’ then was handed a business card for the tow business that is advertised and has a sign outside the shop AND has the same phone number as the repair shop..... read more

I have had the great folks at Carolina Auto Repair service 3 of my cars so far and they have been nothing but up front and dependable in their work. Great place for repairs and oil changes. I take my car for oil changes and tires and they always top off my fluids and check my car over. It is nice being able to have some one to help me and that I feel safe with. I am a single mother and always feel like they are looking out for me and giving me fair prices.

Great customer service and they treat me right
This review is a little overdue. A few weeks ago I noticed a major change in the way my Jeep handled. It rode terribly. I pulled over on the side of the road thinking I had a flat tire. No flat tire. The next day I took my Jeep to Carolina Auto for an oil change and to have a thorough service check. Upon inspection, they were able to locate the source of my Jeep's problem.
