I've come here for a couple of issues with my Mitsubishi endeavor and every time they've been patient with me, been very polite and professional, and charged me fairly. They're quick to get back to me when I call and communicate well. I have yet to have a bad experience with them.
We brought our 2016 Explorer in for AC work to get done. We had a few hiccups along the way due to parts, not service. Mark the owner went out of his way to make sure the issue was fixed correctly.
