RecommendedAll around great experience. Only issue was that enterprise was late with my rental but the lady in charge hurried them up. I had to go pick my son up from daycare. She was so sweet understanding and apologetic. I was just a nervous wreck. AWESOME PLACE TO TAKE YOUR CAR!
When I drove up to the shop, I saw so many cars that I wasn't sure they could fix my car. When I walked in, I was greeted by a lovely young lady and she told me Sal would be with me shortly. When I met Sal, he was happy to have my business. He texted everyday to let me know how things were going, even though I was in bo rush. As I walked in the door, I was greeted promptly by Annie at the front desk. She was very accurate on what needed to be done and helping me transition to my rental. From there Felipe made sure that my car would be taken care of as well as the rental. I was given updates immediately on the repairs the very next day and the window of time it would be completed. Greatest experience I’ve had with an auto body store. I would highly recommend them to anyone. Very nice people, very caring. I don’t have to chase anyone with updates on my car they called me 2 times to let me know what was going on with my car and it was done early!
Downtown Hollywood CAB was fantastic!!! They did a great job and my car was in and out from one day to the next. The best part, however, was the service, can do attitude and genuinely nice people who work there. I would highly recommend CAB to anyone who needs body work done to their vehicle. They were a pleasure to work with!
Carolina Auto Body shop did an outstanding job fixing my Jeep. They called me every day with an update. I never had to guess what was happening with my vehicle. And they were reasonably priced.
