I was referred to Jeffrey Py by the VA Veterans Administration. I got off from work picked up my husband and went to his appointment. As I was signing in Jeffrey Py told me to come on back. He did the hearing test and we left. About 4 to 6 weeks later. I received mail from the VA to go to another location and have the same test done over again.
