I've been thoroughly impressed with the customer service that I've received during each and every interaction with this office. I had a reaction during my 1st immunotherapy injection and they we're very caring, professional, and incredibly thorough in making sure that I was okay. My doctor (Dr. Seiler) wasn't in the office that day so Dr. Silton, nurse Lisa, and another nurse took care of me. Everyone is very nice there, and the facility is great too. The down-side: least attentive allergists office I have ever associated with. I am now 2 weeks overdue for my shot due to poor communications in their office.
