What an efficient experience! We had great customer service. I didn't have to sit and fill out paperwork. They do it all for you! Dr Collins & his staff were very pleasant and thorough. I wish all Dr offices we're like this.😀
Wait time was minimal and office visit was good. However, it took 11 days to get partial results and 24 days to get a letter from the doctor explaining the results, from the initial visit.
