Is this even a thriving business? What a waste of office space. It's literally a ghost town. I'm in need of a service that CAI provides and the front desk says that an appointment is needed? We have an account with your company...Nobody is in the lobby....SMH....................
Show up for an appointment at 8 and they dont even get there till 8:10 might only be 10 minutes but when your on a schedule every minute counts
The place was close during business hours. Lunch hour are 12 to 1 pm I was there at 1:20 and the place was close no sign or anything explaining why it was close
Staff is extremely rude, became very disrespectful because I didn’t have a face mask and when I made appointment the receptionist made no mention of a face mask
Wish I could give this place a zero. The RUDEST people ever and REFUSED to give a CHILD money back???? Called the cops on him because he was being “disrespectful” by asking the person providing the drug screen to back up a little bit he felt uncomfortable. This child is was just doing what he was told to do and now is out $30 even though they didn’t provide him the service. And BANNED all kids from a particular agency due to this incident.
