Jessica at the Two Notch location is the bomb.com! Courteous,pleasant ,professional demeanor puts one at ease upon entering the office.Did I mention how well she administers the allergy injections? The touch of a butterfly bests describes her technique,and thats coming from someone with over 30 years in nursing.Everyone at this location from the Front Desk to the Shot Room are outstanding,as well,but Jessica leads the pack.Kudos to everyone!

First of all the medical staff and doctor were great. My problem is with their outdated and unprofessional billing experience. My son visited there, and they sent a small bill. The bill didn't include an online method to pay the bill, so it took a while for me to find a time to call during their normal business hours and speak to someone (strike one). Absolutely terrible experience dealing with this office. The staff at the front desk were very kind, but If you want to experience high-quality, patient care, I do not recommend coming here. I went in for a consultation with Dr. Bykowski for a food allergy and was advised that a blood test would be the best route. I was sent out to another facility to do some testing. I bring my kids to this location and the staff have always been polite and the doctors have been knowledgeable.
