My warranty company sent Carolina Aire Systems to check our HVAC they called to make sure the deductible was paid before arriving just for Tyler to do nothing but look at it and say nothing we can do and the warranty company wouldn't cover it. A diagnosis was never sent to the warranty company and they are still waiting and not responded to calls or emails. What a rip off!!
