I’m giving one star because of the ongoing issue with my AC unit and the lack of responsibility from Lennar. When I purchased my new home, the AC unit was never installed properly—it hasn’t worked since day one. My ac is warranted by Carolina Air and a call was made and was told that the on duty technician will call me back . I have a dead air conditioner . It is going in two hours and still no call.

Bought my home and they didn’t install the hvac correctly. It had an undersized breaker. I called in for emergency service and I waited for return call from their tech for an entire day. Called a different place and had the issue fixed within 2 hours.The Carolina tech never called me.

I'm giving a one star cause when I bought my new home from Lennar they have not installed the unit correctly and for three years now I have no AC. My unit still not working and they dont want to fix cause my ac is out of warranty now. I had warranty when I reported to Lennar though!!
