I’m giving one star because of the ongoing issue with my AC unit and the lack of responsibility from Lennar. When I purchased my new home, the AC unit was never installed properly—it hasn’t worked since day one. For the past three years, I’ve been living without proper air conditioning, which has been incredibly frustrating. My ac is warranted by Carolina Air and a call was made and was told that the on duty technician will call me back . I have a dead air conditioner . It is going in two hours and still no call.

Bought my home and they didn’t install the hvac correctly. It had an undersized breaker. I called in for emergency service and I waited for return call from their tech for an entire day. Called a different place and had the issue fixed within 2 hours.The Carolina tech never called me.
