Honest Review from a Homeowner at Carolleton Townehomes Let’s talk about the reality here. Community Connect Partners—the HOA management—is hands down one of the worst I’ve dealt with. My sister just moved into the townhome section of the community and loves it!!
This company to include Mark Ivey and his supervisors and superintendent’s are pathetic. They can build a home in 8 months or less but can’t fix the mistakes correctly or in a year and a half. They say your their main priority but it is a lie. I wish they would give me the money to find someone else to fix the items as they have tried to fix multiple things at least 3 times and still can’t get it done correctly they violated Georgia building code on the dryer vent length and looked shocked that I knew the code and called the... read more
