First time using a cleaning service. Was pleasantly surprised at the ease of contacting the service. Alexis, my cleaner came out right on time and did an excellent job. She really seemed to enjoy her work. The office kept me in contact at all stages from beginning to end . Very pleased with the entire experience.

We had a cleaning emergency and I was so thrilled that Carole’s House Cleaning was able to come very last minute! Customer service was amazing and Isabella was phenomenal!!! She was so incredibly sweet and did a fantastic job. I actually live in NYC and was visiting, but I have recommended this company to several friends in the Phoenix/Chandler area. You won’t be disappointed!
