Carolena's is a new bakery in my neighborhood and it's great. The owner-bakers are local and very accommodating. Their chocolate cream pie is all homemade and made to order. I asked for extra whipped cream, so they made some on the spot. When I told them I prefer whipped cream to custard cream in my eclair, they made one to order immediately. I was nervous coming from out of town and ordering a dairy free cake from a bakery that I had never been to for my son's small wedding. I didn't have to be. Rick did an outstanding job with the cake. It was delicious and beautiful and the happy couple loved it!!
I ordered cannolis for Christmas Eve. The best cannolis i have ever had, delicious!
