Horrible! She canceled my new patient appointment the day of. Said she doesn’t deal with headache patients nor does she do second opinions. I wasnt coming to her for either of those issues but they didn’t care to listen. If a doctor picks and chooses her own patients like this she eventually won’t have any patients left. I will happily find a neurologist that cares about her patients.
Absolutely wretched. I walked out of my 1st time appt after 3 minutes of interaction with her. She was bothered by me, cut me off talking and asked what I wanted from her today? What did I want? I wanted someone to help me. You should be ashamed of yourself. VIRTUA NEDDS TO DROP YOU QUICKLY. Do not waste your time with this disgrace of a Physician.
I was referred to Dr. Thomas by my primary doctor and an ENT specialist, due to headaches and neck pain. She seemed to have her own agenda about what was causing my issues before she even saw me, and she didn't listen to what I was actually trying to explain to her. Her bedside manner is very condescending. I would never go back to her and I do not recommend her. She did not help me at all.
Dr Thomas has been a godsend to my family. She patiently explains all tests & results to our satisfaction. We find her calm demeanor reassuring. Very confident she has helped our family's member very much, Thanks.
Carole Thomas is the worst doctor I have ever encountered. I brought up multiple medical concerns that are within her scope and she was so condescending. She refused to provide testing to figure out what is going on with my body. I brought up that I think I am having seizures and she said verbatim “if you didn’t lose consciousness then it’s not a seizure” Now I’m not a doctor but one Google search shows that you do not need to loose consciousness to be having a seizure.
