I have had knee and ankle pain since a fall I had on a hike in July 2021, over 2 years ago. I've visited a total of 4 orthopedic doctors and done 6 weeks of physical therapy without much relief. All they say is "you have arthritis." Never an explanation for why I have so much pain after injuring my joints in a fall.
