I’ll be honest I’m 22. I never had insurance on my own policy so I didn’t really know what to request or what to look for. Alexander Perez Santini took his time and had so much patience with me for this matter. He explained everything and believe me I asked 1 million questions. I would definitely say he gave me five star service, which is hard to find in the insurance industry I appreciate him and will definitely always refer him for any future policies me or my families may have. Geico has a flawed system. I switched policies and Geico contacted the DMV and told them that I removed the vehicle but did not tell them of my new policy so the DMV suspended my license. Reach out to the DMV to tell them that I don't have insurance on a vehicle but leaves out the information where I switched it with a new policy. You guys lack communication with the same bureaus you work with, seems like nobody really knows what's going on. It would be nice if an insurance company can handle all of those things.
