Today I just updated my insurance policy on my car with José, an excellent agent, made the process super easy for me and I was assisted at all times to download the apps and guide me through the whole process, thank you very much.

Geico has a flawed system. I switched policies and Geico contacted the DMV and told them that I removed the vehicle but did not tell them of my new policy so the DMV suspended my license. Reach out to the DMV to tell them that I don't have insurance on a vehicle but leaves out the information where I switched it with a new policy. You guys lack communication with the same bureaus you work with, seems like nobody really knows what's going on. It would be nice if an insurance company can handle all of those things. Just moved to Florida and while shopping for insurance we couldn’t believe the prices we were being quoted. Almost double from what we were paying. We called Geico and spoke to Alex and he got us comparable coverage for half of what other major insurers were offering. Alex walked us through the process; it was quick and straightforward. I highly recommend him and Geico insurance.
