I got a bill billing me for a tank rental. I don't get charged for a tank rental. I refill correctly. I call 800 # to ask and i get an Indian woman, hard to understand. After checking she says I have a 120 gal tank and used over 200 gallons!?!?! WTHeck. Then she starts to babble, couldn't understand so i call office in Winston Salem,NC. AGAIN I get a hard to understand Indian woman!! Wth?!? I call Another location close to me and AGAIN get a freaking Indian!!! ITS AMIRIGas NOT IndiaGas!!🤬
I recently had a deeply frustrating experience with AmeriGas and feel compelled to warn others about their pricing practices and customer service. They delivered propane to my home without informing me of the price beforehand. When I received the bill, I was shocked to see they charged $4.99 per gallon—far above the local average of $2.89 per gallon. Terrible customer service or should I say customer “no service”. One of the most frustrating experiences I’ve had dealing with a service provider. I would rate them a “0” star if I had that option.
Do not expect any since of customer support or customer experience. No escalation path and no one local to speak with for resolution. My account was removed by Amerigas from auto Keepfill program without official notification or my request and yet they find it appropriate to charge $115 tank rental fee for not meeting fill requirement.
