We had our picture window replaced to a french door casement window. Working with Ed Carolan and his son was a pleasure- they are professional, they call you back when they say they will and their crew who installed the window were excellent! They were on time and worked seamlessly together. Highly recommend! The window is picture perfect, french door style!!
Recently did a full exterior renovation- windows, bay windows, roof replacement, gutters and siding ….promised schedule was met, in fact exceeded and large crews showed up as promised and worked beautifully together. Clean up was daily. Very respectful and responsive. I can’t say enough good things!
Ed, his son & team are top notch, you won’t find a better contractor. Great communication, amazing work & whenever something crops up he immediately addresses. He’s a rare hidden gem amongst the contractor world!
Update: Took this down because despite having the house taken down to the sheathing, they did not replace any flashing. Now it's clear why they did what they did with the storm door. When that was corrected, found the old flashing. So these guys literally cut the flashing flush to the door, and then built from that. The flashing for the deck was never done right when that was installed. Now it's fully rotted.
