Have hired Carolyn Contractors on two occasions once for windows and just recently a new roof on my building in Nutley. Both times he work was excellent and price was fair. Would recommend anyone to this company.

We recently had excellent work done by Carolan Contractors. They installed Provia insulated siding, Provia replacement windows and new gutters. Everything is beautiful. Our home looks amazing! Pristine and new! Ed, Ed Jr. and their talented team were wonderful from start to finish. Ed was certain to make sure that every detail was done correctly. We moved about 2 years ago. We loved our new home on the inside. Unfortunately, the exterior had potentially unsafe stucco on the front, which needed to be removed. Carolan contractors renovated the front facade of our house, installed cedar impressions siding and changed our front door and storm door. I have used Carolan Contractors repeatedly. They rebuilt steps, rebuilt sidewalks including installing an underground drain system, installed a sliding door, a window and an entry door. I return to them for work because they are the ultimate professional company. I know I can depend on them to return a call, develop a plan, write a contract and then follow through using skilled people and quality products. I highly recommend Carolan Contractors.

We engaged Carolan Contractors to replace old bricks with Belgium blocks along our driveway and are very pleased with their mason. He was reliable, meticulous, ensured we were happy with the work, and cleaned up the job site. It looks great and we will be using them again, to install a new triple-pane window in the front of our house. We highly recommend them.
