Carol taught me BioKinetics/Hanna somatics in the 90's - and later it became, BioSomatics. She's a wonderful teacher. By applying what she taught me I Increased my range of motion And Improved my whole body movement quality That had never been right post knee reconstruction surgery back in the 80's. I also Augmented my massage work with assisted pandiculations as taugjt by Carol - and i taught bio somatic's to my clients as I retrained them.
