AVOID this company. I’m suing them. Winning, too. Without a lawyer. Colorado District Court Case no. 24CV76. Defeated their motion to dismiss. No formal training. They maintain abysmal standards of professional conduct for their realtors and care only about money IMO. Carol was a joy to work with! She immediately understood the type of apartment I was looking for and helped me sort through listings. She was incredibly responsive and helped breakdown the coop application process, etc. Overall such a wonderful and easy experience.
