We cannot imagine having a better real estate broker! Carol is compassionate and a fierce advocate for her clients and committed to helping them achieve their dreams. The thing that set her apart is her ability to meet us where we were at, navigating the technical and emotional challenges of housing in New York City with lots of patience and excellent advice. Brokers get a bad rap and she showed up every day as the polar opposite. We wish lots of success for her and we wholeheartedly recommend her.

AVOID this company. I’m suing them. Winning, too. Without a lawyer. Colorado District Court Case no. 24CV76. Defeated their motion to dismiss. No formal training. They maintain abysmal standards of professional conduct for their realtors and care only about money IMO. Forget your rights, forget your privacy, everybody out of the way of their selfish ambition to turn a profit. Is my experience. Their agent was caught trespassing and criminally invading privacy. Carol was a joy to work with! She immediately understood the type of apartment I was looking for and helped me sort through listings. She was incredibly responsive and helped breakdown the coop application process, etc. Overall such a wonderful and easy experience.
