Office help is deficient. They write wrong time for my test, then make me wait 40 before telling me the Dr has already left for the day. Then go to reschedule and make the next appt after the beginning of the year so that I have to pay the full amount for the test and visit. All I get is an "I'm sorry" which means nothing. If they were sorry they would help me because it's their fault the appt was messed up.
