Last night, after being sick for eight days, I went to the Urgent Care. It took approximately 2 hours to be seen, which is pretty normal for a pandemic. My temp was 103. I had taken a COVID test that was negative thru Rite Aid 5 days earlier, despite having been vaccinated and boostered. I received a second COVID test and a urinalysis. Office help is deficient. They write wrong time for my test, then make me wait 40 before telling me the Dr has already left for the day. Then go to reschedule and make the next appt after the beginning of the year so that I have to pay the full amount for the test and visit. All I get is an "I'm sorry" which means nothing. If they were sorry they would help me because it's their fault the appt was messed up.
