Carol is an absolute gem of a person and therapist however there is one particular person in their front office is absolutely horrific to deal with.

Had a lapse in insurance while going through a mental health crisis and ended services. Called today because my insurance is all set and she accepts it. The rudest person called me back to tell me she has always accepted that insurance and it’s not listed in my file. She then proceeded to tell me I owe $80 in copays despite the fact that I make a point of stopping and asking about a copay before I leave.
