Carol is very kind and caring. She has wonderful bedside manners! She is always quick to respond to mychart messages. This office will try and fit you in that day if you are very sick!!
I have been seeing a different NP for years for medication and one random month this b1tch is the one to call it in I am supposed to start taking the new prescription on the 6th and guess what she calls the pharmacy and says they can’t fill it till the 6th ?! While it’s on a national shortage list ? How does this make any sense I hope one day you get hit by a truck and need a medication and have a doctor till you it can’t be filled to the day you have to take it so you can hobble yourself to the pharmacy in pain to get it !
