We've been using Carol Stream HVAC Contractors for years, and always appreciate the quality of their staff. This time we had a 'Check-up' on our heating system. The gang was prompt, and worked quickly. We also received a follow-up call to make sure we were happy before they billed us.
When service tech first arrived to investigate prob. he was honest and efficient. He did not try to oversell and offered product suitable for my needs. When technicians arrived on time, they were polite and extremely courteous. I was extremely satisfied with their service and would highly recommend this company.
Movers dropped my washing machine on drain pipe for furnace and broke it, I rigged up something to get me through the weekend. Saturday morning I called to explain situation and book an appointment for Monday, 15 minutes later I received a call from Carol Stream HVAC Contracrors stating that they had a technician available and they would like to repair the drain line now if I was available. He showed up in 20 mins and 30 mins. later it was all done......good job.....great service.
I too had a great experience with Carol Stream HVAC Contracrors. He took his time to explain what he was doing. He stayed a long time to make sure it was done right. I will be using them again.
