My daughter and I moved in Carol Stream Crossing in the end of October. My son's friend used to live in the apartment I live in now. They had to move him to another apartment because the toilet never works. Knowing there were major problems, they had me and my daughter move in. Maintenance and plumbers tried to fix the toilet 7 times. We are discussed with this apartment. The water was off all day today and the kitchen water is still off. Lindo lugar para vivir, pero sobretodo disfrutas tiempo de familia con los community events,puedes conocer tus vecinos y hacer de tu estadía en este lugar una experiencia difícil de olvidar

This place is an absolute joke. Let’s begin with the facilities... broken doors, rusting stairwells, broken glass, dysfunctional elevator, broken emergency flood lights, hallways reek of pot... have a maintenance request? Forget about it. Fix it yourself, but pay for maintenance costs. We were told we would have central air, but when called about why my air won’t turn on I’m told that there is a bogus town ordinance (which is not remotely true) about how they can’t until the temperature has been consistently over 74 degrees ... read more
