A loathsome and reprehensible woman who exploits the most vulnerable and needy in our society in the name of shaking down the taxpayers.
Observation and opinion that Carol takes money from taxpayers she sues to keep addicted-homeless people STUCK longer in an unsustainable death-spiral of addiction and rejection of help that is offered to them. Open her mind to collateral harm she causes with cookie-cutter "homeless" suits... stop profiteering from suits/fees while adjusting her self-placed halo.
