First time visiting this off. The staff was kind and efficient and the office was clean. Dr. Toutenel was very professional and welcoming. She was a very good listener and took time to explore the procedures. I felt very comfortable and would highly recommend Dr. Toutenel.

I can’t say enough good things about Blue Ridge Women’s Center. I remember calling them to schedule my first appointment when I found out I was pregnant. From that appointment on, I was met with such kindness and authenticity from everyone I met no matter if it was the girls at the front desks, the nurses, the techs, the doctors. My last trimester was pretty wild with high blood pressure and gestational diabetes so the last weeks I was in this office every week checking on baby girl. Highly recommended this practice and these doctors!! They met all my needs. Were very helpful and accommodating. The front staff to the nurses in the back all were kind and helpful. They answered all my questions. I know they are a busy office but I have always gotten an appointment when needed. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone!

So unprofessional and caddy. Lied and said I called in demanding lab work when I simply called in and was looking for an update. 3 days and no update until i called again. Said they would call me back and nope. Nothing. I'm highrisk unfortunately. No highrisk mama wants to deal with this. Just added stress. And they did not care one bit. And the way they spoke about me through the portal was so uncalled for IMO. None of them seem to care. I went to this office for convenience. Had a great experience here. Saw Kaci, she is lovely along with her medical assistant (I'm sorry I forget her name), they were wonderful. All staff were helpful, organized and super welcoming.
