Unprofessional as they come. Came to my house LATE from appointed time for a quote. When I asked them to use shoe covers, this apparently upset them. If you have cleanliness standards you'd like to maintain, don't bother. They never sent the quote.
Carol services was fantastic to work with. They put vinyl planking down in two bedrooms. They were in and out in one day including all the furniture put back. My floors are beautiful! I could not be happier. Also I feel I paid a really fair price.
JP is extremely knowledgeable about EVERYTHING. I had multiple issues with my home that needed to be fixed and he helped me with all of them. He was honest about which ones would be an easy and cheap fix that we could do ourselves as well. He was ALWAYS available when I called, and made sure to follow up after the job was done. He goes above and beyond for his customers.
JP, Mike, and the entire crew did exactly what we asked them to do in the time frame that we asked. They were courteous, professional, and did great quality work. We did a whole house renovation and couldn’t be happier.
JP and his team were outstanding! It’s been over a year and I’m still so happy with the work that was done. Tile on our front porch.
