Carol was amazing from the start of setting up the property for sale, during the short time it took to receive an acceptable offer, then during the escrow process to closure. She stayed with us for looking for a new home. She was very effective in dealing with any bumps in the process that needed quick action. She was effectively on the job 24/7. We recommend her for any real estate need.
Going through the sale of your home is never easy. However, Carol made it as easy as possible. Her professional and cheery approach to each aspect of the procedure was outstanding. The contractors she recommended for staging, cleaning, etc. were great and made my part in the process much less stressful. Carol was a joy to work with.
Carol Russell helped us purchase our home in Walnut Creek. She was great to work with. I would 100% recommend her.
