I have never been treated so rudely and nastily in 78 years. Woman should not be allowed to practice medicine. And she was physically threatening.
Had a confirmed appointment for three months and then the office canceled the appointment after waiting and confirmed the day before they canceled. Do not expect any care or service from them. Also very rude

Dr Rayner at Optum is a very caring and thorough doctor. She listens to my concerns and questions and sets a treatment plan. She is helpful and finds answers to questions. She takes a holistic approach and is thoughtful. She is a great doctor!
