Wish I could mark a 0. I didn’t even get to see the Dr. I tried scheduling for 4 + weeks. First they said I needed a referral from primary saying I was a diabetic of 27 years to even schedule, having PPO insurance this was something I never heard of but said ok as it was policy they said. As I’m new to area I found a Primary who sent the referral. I then got a call from an older lady asking me to schedule with a New Dr. I let her know I went through everything just to see Dr. Ramirez.
