Things they did well: They transformed the kitchen and living area from boxy rooms to an open design. Good cabinet space and an awesome sink island. I like the shower they designed. Very spacious and likely to be loved by a potential buyer. Now the not so well: My designer, Annie, would often go missing in action when there were important issues to resolve.
