Absolutely horrible in all areas. I would not recommend to anyone. I have waited for over a week for responses via text and calls. Concerns for my mother are not ever addressed in a timely manner. PA in the home while she is complaining of pain and leaves her assistant in the house and walks out to get on her phone and leaves. Never addressing or asking me if she is okay. I came in for urgent care and the clinic took me in right away. The staff was kind, professional, and made me feel cared for. I really appreciate how quickly they helped me.
I’m really glad a friend recommended this place to me. I went in yesterday and was impressed right from the start — I was brought to a room quickly, and the front desk staff were friendly, efficient, and on point. I also want to highlight that I’ve now been here twice and both times I experienced very minimal wait time — almost none at all. My friend who referred me said the same thing. My husband waited 2 an half hours for Lab work, an also they picked him twice an nothing, I ask for Albert, Albert is great for lab work. Got there there first one in an last one to leave, appointment was at 9 a.m.
Horrible patient care. Every month I have to remind to them to refill my inhaler medication. And every time I call to tell them I still have to wait up to a week for them to decide to refill this important medication. I’ve been calling for more than a week with the same response . It takes 24/48 hrs but a week later still no refill. so sad that you have to make people do their job and they still have an attitude.
