I was unsure about the whole process to begin with but as soon as I entered the room with Carol she made me feel at home and safe. The whole process was easy and Carol made it easy to talk about everything. The whole hypnosis process was so easy and with two sessions I feel amazing and it is only onwards and upwards from here!
