It was my first time meeting Dr. Machado and it was great. The service the staff provided was excellent and the doctor herself made me feel very comfortable.
I saw Dr Machado one week ago for a lump in my neck which was diagnosed possible cancer. Dr Machado was very good and explained everything to me and referred me to a specialist right away. She ordered a biopsy to be done before surgery and after waiting for a week with no call, I called the office and was told the order was just placed for Insurance approval. She is the most compassionate doctor and is very patient and does not make you feel in a hurry and takes her time explaining everything in detail. She is very understanding and knowledgeable, I would highly recommend her.
