Where do I start…….This woman is AMAZING! My first surgery ever, super nervous, and she told me everything that was going on step by step. When I made her aware of my fainting episodes (Vasovagal Syncope), and my mental crying breakdowns (had many), she said something that stuck with me ever since. “You run to crime everyday without thinking twice. Let me preface by saying I am an individual with debilitating medical anxiety. I was being seen for a lobulated nodule with the potential for biopsy. When I walked into the building, I was immediately met with kind ladies at the front desk. Then, Dr. Machado came in… When she came in, all of my fears left my body. Dr. Machado is amazing. She walks you through everything, explains it well and her staff also helps answer any questions you might have. I appreciate how quickly she was able to see me ans how quickly after that, she was able to schedule me for surgery.
