I have great confidence in Dr Odegaard and her team. Over the past decade I have had several Primary Care Providers, and Family Practice clinics. Dr Odegaard's practice is void of the hassles, frustrations and incompetence we've experienced elsewhere. Dr Odegaard is an insightful and competent clinician whose advice and recommendations I totally trust. Her staff are friendly but thorough, and her facilities are clean and well maintained. I wish I had joined her practice years ago.
Doctors can only be as good as the office staff that is working with them. This Physician is very nice but most of her office staff has attitudes. They don't want to be there and it shows in their attitudes towards the patients. The only staff member that should be given 5 stars is Sonya. She is a receptionist who is wonderful, caring, and does try to work with you to figure things out but she is not normal in this office. The medical office assistants get very argumentive. impossible to talk with anyone in the office. They never pick up the phone. They may call you back at their leisure.
Doesn't return calls no one called to give results from test. Called for a week to get prescription refilled only to be called back and say they put the message in her basket. This medicine isn't something you can just quit taking but no one seemed to care!
DR O has been my Physician for over 8 years. She has a great sense of humor and a wonderful bedside manner. She actually takes the time to discuss options, after she truly listens to you.
Professional and very caring. Always takes the time to listen her patients concerns. Her staff reflect the same caring and concern. You will always find friendly smiles at this practice.
