I have never found Dr. Carol to be anything less than empathetic. She will take as much time as necessary to find resources for her patients. She is kind. She has always been willing to take the extra time to explain conditions to both the patients and parents.
Dr. Cooley-Guth has been our three children's pediatrician from the time of their birth. She is a down-to-earth, attentive, caring, professional pediatrician with our five-star recommendation.
Never. Her bedside manner is horrible! She is rude. Talks down to patients and their parents. This happened to me personally on more than one occasion.
