Even after moving to a new town, I still drive 35 minutes to take my pets here. In particular, Dr. Cafaro is so kind and compassionate to all of my critters (2 dogs, 1 cat), and is highly knowledgeable. Several years ago when one of my dogs passed away after an ongoing health battle, the practice sent flowers to my home with a card signed by all the staff. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The staff at BVVH are absolutely wonderful! I had to put my 13 yr old best friend (dog), Bandit, to sleep and the staff made him and I feel loved. They gave Bandit his 1st piece of chocolate (which he loved) and other treats. They also made us feel very comfortable and explained every step very thoroughly. Thank you to the staff of BVVH for making a horribly sad situation a little easier. Thank you also for the flowers that we received today. I have told everyone how wonderful all of you are!
